So I'm looking into taking an Equine Massage course, but I can't decide which one. I know Equissage is pretty big, and I've applied to the BC College of Equine Therapy, but they turned me down because I wasn't "involved in the horse community" enough and they didn't think I had enough connections to successfully start an equine massage business.
I've also looked at Sidonia MacIntyre's Equine Rehab course/clinic, and I like the look of it. I'm thinking maybe I'll take her course, and then further my knowledge on my own with text books and whatnot.
Any Equine Massage Therapists out there with a good course recommendation? Or what kind of certification would you look for in a equine massage therapist before letting them work on your horses?
