    Emily-- You've gotten good advice from the others, and I can only support what they've said.

    Work ethic, attitude, willingness to learn/do things their way, and finally experience always win in entry level horse jobs. Which is good, because those things don't cost money and the return on a degree just isn't there.

    And unless you own the outfit, you're entry level.
