Are 3 day events always Wednesday-Saturday?

I'm totally new to the eventing world. I probably won't compete for a very long time, however, I want to watch! The crossing of disciplines is absolutely fascinating. Even at a somewhat amateur level I think I would enjoy observing.

Anyway, are they always on Wednesday-Saturday? (Wednesday is an inspection day I think). If it is, its not a big deal, I just have to wait until the summer to attend one.

Thanks guys!

For regular USEA events, 3 day events are Friday-Sunday. However most events are actually 1 or 2 days. Saturday or Saturday-Sunday. For * rated events. CCI* CCI**, etc, Usually Thursday-Sunday. Thursday inspection, Friday dressage, Saturday XC, Sunday stadium.

Okay, thanks! I'm pretty confused so that helped.
