Only 50 sit ups! You have it easy! I have to do 100 total! 50 for volleyball 50 for riding!(but next time I go out riding im so doing those other excersises) lol Glad you found a trainer!

lol, trust me, 50 is hard as it is. I can do more than that, but in a row without stopping - oh my goodness gracious.

I have been able to accomplish my "In Saddle" exercises when I ride. And using my core throughout my whole ride - I am huffing and puffing!

If you hear someone say "Your horse should be working harder than you" when you ride - tell them B/S! Lol.

My previous Coach, who is a Hunter/Jumper, merging into the Eventing World - would tell me whenever I was huffing and puffing "If you are working harder than your horse, then there's something wrong with how you are riding" so I seriously thought that I shouldn't have to be working while riding -

And now, with my new Coach, I quickly learn how incorrect that was DOH!

Haha!! As I have said before, no mercy from my trainer!!!

couldn't you just do 50 and say they are for both?
