Don't have one! I have a crappy saddle that doesn't fit my horse and makes it REALLY hard to ride correctly. XP However, I have an agreement going that as long as I do FFA and try, once I get my C-1 rating in Pony Club my mother's rich boyfriend will buy me a new saddle. Maybe... just maybe... I can get a Devoucoux Chiberta! *knock on wood* They're really expensive though. :/ That's the only problem.

I did a test ride in the Marielle and HATED it! There is something about the way the bars for the leathers are angled that pushed my calves into the thigh blocks. Also, I tried a wide, but it was still much to narrow for my WB/TB monster. Actually, it was the test ride that pushed me over the budgetary edge.

Ended up with a new Stubben Genesis which I love, love, love! Unfortunately, it blows your price range out of the water, even used. Stubben also had a monoflap that I rode in, the Excalibur, that made me drool. But I needed something I could flat my greenie in too and its thigh blocks were too big....maybe once we're riding the grand prix circuit I'll make the investment. ;)

SmartPak has a great test ride program. I'd get the Marielle and try it before plopping down your cash if that is what you think you are wanting.

I was at Red HIlls a couple weeks ago and they had Dutton's new saddle, which looks pretty dang cool. It actually has vents and cut outs to make it lighter weight. I think it is like 7 lbs or something ridiculous like that. Unfortunately, probably also over budget since I doubt there are used ones floating about.

I'm a Stuuben fan too. And I would definitely go used - there are some REALLY nice used saddles out there that have minimal wear.

Or theres this $1900 saddle on sale for $450 from tackoftheday: Bonus Item

I haven't used Crosby since Exselle bought them, but I'm guessing they're still pretty decent
