So my coach sent me this article for conditionign thought id share I found it really good

There's is also this other website that has an insane amount of info !!!! I love it so much I never seen the end of it wet lol

That article is a must read. I first read that last year and it helped me perfect my 2 point. By the end of last season, I could hand gallop on any terrain without my horizon changing. Some great pointers in there. Thanks for posting.

I have that article in one of my Practicle Horseman magazines that I kept. I always turn to Jimmy Wofford!

Ahha np :) ya his awesome I can't wait to try all those exercises with my horse but its winter so no riding :/ but soon :)
