    First of all you guys look really good. One thing though... are you using polo's cross country? If you are I would suggest getting some other kind of actual boot

    Georgeous horse! And clean too! The only thing I have to say is maybe ride without stirrups once a week or more that will help your leg to get to where you want it. I would also suggest useing a breastplate on your horse.

    first of all I would like to say that they are not quite dangerous, just come with more risks than an actual boot might.

    Polos are not quite adequate for use in potentially wet conditions (such as cross-country riding), as they absorb water and become very heavy and could potentially sag. The Velcro is also not super reliable and may lead to getting pulled down and tightening around the tendons or if a horse were to step on himself while wearing them.

    This is what I understand from my trainer. I prefer SMBs or woof boots possibly
