Custom Matching Ear Bonnets and Saddle Pads

Found this in my internet cruising, and thought some of you might be interested in it.

Seems slightly pricey to me, but for a matching bonnet and saddle pad, it might be worth it.

Wow that is really expensive! At first I thought you got the saddle pad and fly bonnet together. That would be ok. But $80 for an ear bonnet???

WHAT! I thought it was the bonnet AND the pad.

Guess that was a false alarm then. Booooo! Hissss!

I might look into it when I get home, because that seems a bit unreal.

lol, Mattes is an arm and a leg. I was looking at their bonnets in the Dover Catalogue - and I choked at the prices! JUST FOR THE BONNETS! OMG! lol

But they are very cute. I like the Baby Blue one and the Navy Blue.

Naw, I don't do Bonnets or Pads. I'll stick with my Browbands :) I've done quite well with them, I'm very pleased with how many I've sold throughout the years I've been making them, and I'm still going!

I love, love, love Mattes. The quality you get in their products is impeccable. I bought a fleece half pad from them when I was in Aiken and it cost a lot, but my coach has two Mattes pads that are both over 10 years old and still in amazing condition. If you take care of them right, they can last forever. I wouldn't buy one of their ear bonnets with the intent of using it daily, but as a show bonnet I would possibly consider it. For an every day ear bonnet I would just get a cheap bonnet. Colors fade quickly in the summer sun.
