Geoffery and My First 2 Events of the Season!

So, first we went to Greenwood! Some of you know the story of my lovely blonde moment, some don't so here:

I RODE IN THE WRONG DRESSAGE ARENA! I was SUPOSSED to ride in ring 2, but I rode in 1 with the hardest judge in the competition. I DID get a 33.5! :) I was in first but I did get HC'd. OH WELL! I had a blast and got to go out and have fun on XC! I did have a stop in stadium that was my fault of not supporting through the turn. The video of dressage is really shaky, but the comentary is halarious thanks to one of my friends and one of my teammates. Gotta love your eventing friends! I didn't get any stadium or XC from this show :( But enjoy my amazingness at dressage!

The second show was Jubilee. Dressage went great (and there was only one ring so I couldn't screw it up ;)) And we had a score of 30! We went double clear on XC, like 12 seconds under time too. (The pace was 325 for BEGINNER NOVICE! It was slowwwww I was way ahead of my minute markers!) And I knocked a rail, well, his back legs tore through a jump because I came back on his back too quick over the jump and jabbed him in the mouth :P My fault. We're working on it! Because STOP IN THE NAME OF SEXY! STADIUM JUMPING IS FUN! So here is XC and Dressage from that show. No stadium for this one either, sorry!

That's right! STOP IN THE NAME OF SEXY, JUMPING IS FUN!!! WOOT WOOT!

Rock on Stormy, great job even if you ride in the incorrect ring - lol. Great dressage score though! Jellin'!

I look forward to seeing more of you and Geoffery, I am glad he is working out for you!

*psst, tell your mom she needs a camera that zooms in and out while you are recording*

Haha! Thanks Kim! See the thing with the camera is it's on my camera that doesn't zoom :P I'll try to get the better video's from the good camera on the computer but, no promises.

Ugh you have no idea how jealous I am! You look awesome! Keep it up!

How is Jubilee, btw? I remember when it first opened up, but never went to it.

    Thanks :)

It's an ok show. They only have one dressage ring (which is good for me I guess :)) and the XC isn't very spread out. And it can either be the easiest course in the world, or they knock out half the division on the XC. That's what happened this year. I mean my division ended with 4 people and the other BN ended with 2. And the Novice riders didn't fair well either. And it gets to be the biggest slop pit if it rains. It is a nice show that's close by though, and it's VERY well run.

Yeah, it's run by the people who used to run Relay Station, which is way before your time. ;) But that show was nice too. I remember their water jump being kinda deep because we schooled there once and a friend of mine was on a little 13 hh pony and the water went up to his belly!

Oh that water jump is.... not good. It's deep and mucky and blech. Everyone was saying their horses were shying at it. My boy, who never bats and eye at galloping through water was standoffish! I had to sit deep and give him a good kick to not get a refusal!

Meh, that's not good. The water shouldn't be all muddy. Most places now put some sort of gravel down to keep it from getting super gross.
