Some of our Pony Club members volunteered to work the big event at Galway Downs today. We were working the Roads and Tracks part and Gina Miles was riding Wallenda and we got to get a close up view and greet her and wish her luck and ask how it went as she went through our gate 4 times. There were so many gorgeous horses coming through and amazingly some of them hadn't even really broken a sweat after the 3K warm-up and then the steeple chase portion! Saw some of the steeplechase from afar and those horses were really hauling and having fun! Great day! Got a certificate to come back and school there :)
