guess what famous horses are at my barn this week?

James Alliston from GBR (via California) brought his two Rolex horses (Jumbo's Jake and Parker) to Three Day Farm this evening! James is such a neat guy and was very thankful for the help with getting them settled in their stalls.

And tomorrow, Debbie Rosen and The Alchemyst are arriving!

So excited to take care of these horses then see them go at Rolex this year!

Plus, a horse I knew from back home (Kansas) is competing this year, Slate River!

James and Jake:

James and Parker:

Debbie and The Alchemyst:

Heather Morris and Slate River (or Roe as I know him):

Needless to say, I'm one happy eventing kid in PARADISE!

You sure picked a good place to go to school! Must be exciting to have them right there.

You just have to see your distance...you don't have to like it.

It is! James let me handle Jake and get him all settled in for the night and he was so sweet! I'm excited to work in the morning so I can go say "hi!" to the boys! And Debbie should be there in the morning as well.

Got "Al" all settled in yesterday. Debbie turned him out and he immediately squealed and bucked. Needless to say, he lost his "big pasture privileges" and will now be in a round pen! Haha

Roey is a goober. Gotta love those Riverman babies! Fabulously athletic, but totally unrideable until the age of 6 lol.

Yep. I know Roe personally. Though when I knew him he was competing under his original name, Roanoke.

I've ridden him a few times. Just on the flat, though.
