How do you wear your hair on XC?

I wear mine in one braid down my back. Neat, clean, out of the way.

mine is at a horrible in-between stage. too short for a real pony tail, too long to totally tuck up into the helmet. i have settled with some pigtails for now....

Just a pony tail or messy bun. My hair has lots of layers so braiding involves a copious amount of bobby pins and it's a huge hassle.

I leave mine in my hair net bun thinggy all day. From Dressage to Stadium.

I put it in a low pony tail, and put the hair clip thinggy in, with my hair tucked into the netty thinggy mabobby. It goes on before dressage and comes off after ribbons and awards.

Pretty much the same thing as MIeventer. Low ponytail/bun, normal hair net, then my nice clip/hair net thing. I do that for dressage then just leave it in all day.

low pony tail in one of those clippy hair net things as well. I love how neat and tidy it looks.

Another vote for a show bow. Although I don't like them :/

Well, I do my hair, I braid it down then bun it up like a horse's button braid and just put the hairnet over it. Then just take the hairnet off and "unbutton" the braid.

I'm having a heck of a time while riding, my hair falls out of my bun, gets in my face DRIVES me NUTS! Maybe I'll have to try a net? Are they hot?

Folks, do you fit hair UNDER the helmet? I tried pony tail once to ride, and it just annoyed the hell out of me plus the helmet was too tight.
