This is one of those days where I wish I could get another horse

I tend to browse horses for sale when I get bored, which is really a bad habit because then I find one I really, really want. Like this girl, DreamHorse.com Horse ID: 1537472 - que la que

In turn, this makes me want a horse to compete with/makes me wish I could find a job so I had money to compete even at local dressage and jumper shows. I've seriously considered moving back to Texas to go to school because my mom said she would consider buying a second horse for me to ride, since tuition would be so much cheaper, lol.

What's wrong with your current horse? Age 13 is a nice age for a main horse. I'm kinda "grass is greener on the other side" about that right now because my current horse is only two and my riding horse passed away a year ago. At least you've got a horse you can ride ya know.

In the past two years he's torn 3 ligaments. There's no way I'm going to let him jump again, lol. He's a perfectly wonderful horse, he's just not going to be able to do anything but dressage for the rest of his life though. :)

AC4H has a broker owned pony mule gelding I'd LOVE to have. I've been drooling over him all week. Sigh...

The only reason I went to their site is because I'm looking for a horse for a friend who lost her favorite mare several weeks ago.

I found several nice prospects for her, but dang that AC4H! I've always wanting a riding mule, and he's just the right size for me.

I keep telling myself I do not need another mouth on my feed bill.

Ahh, Mike is awesome, Stormy. A friend of mine rode with him before he was all famous and junk. She knew his parents and him when he was like a teenager, haha. And he keeps making offers on my friend Sheryl's 17 hh mutt because he likes him so much! He's a super nice guy and a fab rider. XD I just wouldn't be happy going to school back in Texas. Though I do miss my trainer, lol. If you ever go to shows keep an eye on Valerie Tkacs and Victoria Tkacs. They're awesome girls and some good friends of mine. :P Also Bailey Moran, I love her dapple grey gelding.

Lol Speed, I can't even afford a new horse, not to mention all the care that goes along with it. I'm thinking maybe I should work to get in-state tuition here to help free my mom's expenses...then maybe she'll help me out if I want a second horse. :P

Oh I feel ya. When I was horse shopping I wanted a younger-ish horse that I could finish up and do some very low level dressage maybe hunter under saddle with. Preferably a Mare in case I have the time/money to properly breed/train from a baby age and either a nice LOUD paint or a leopard Appy. Would be a plus if it was something my 11 year old inexperienced daughter could sort of poke around with.

I bought Cinny a Jet black, green reclaim that needs a TON of training....and is a gelding...but a HUGE heart and willingness to please.

So then last week I find this. Pony of Americas Mare-REDUCED I actually CONSIDERED selling Cin to buy this one but....I've come so far with him and the POA would probably not be as suited to what I want to do as Cinny is...She would have been great for my daughter with some training though.

I probably could afford board for both if I went back to my old stable that I HATED with the BO that was ALWAYS telling me how to handle my horses.

I don't think I could ever sell Willie, unless his life or my life depended on it. He's my once in a lifetime horse and definitely one of those that doesn't get along well with a lot of people. Love him to death and I want him to be fat and happy the rest of his life, even if it means he has to share with another horse. :P

She looks just like my horse, but my horse has a longer back
