Talking Recommend Your Dressage Helmet HERE

So we all know the USEF has mandated that all levels of eventing require an approved helmet for the Dressage phase except in the FEI levels. I am in the market for a new one (I always wore my helmet in Dressage) so recommend what you guys use or plan to use and why! TIA!

I recommend what fit your head! I got velvet Troxel for shows.

I have an IRH (the one with velvet and gunmetal) but I hate it. It squeezes my head so if I leave it on for over an hour I get a killer headache!

I'd recommend a Charles Owen JR8

I use my Skull Cap. I know, not much help. I wear my Skull for all 3 phases. I figure when I get to T, then I'll invest in a helmet and a dressage saddle, but for now - meh, I'm fine.

I just use my skull cap too, but my birthday is in April so I'm going to ask for a helmet, or ask my mom if she would pay for half. I really want a Charles Owen JR8, my skull cap is a Charles Owen and I love it! It's so comfy and fits me really well, I have an oddly shaped head.

That's what I have been doing too...But usually once we get to the show my trainer can't stand the sight of me doing a Dressage test in a skull cap with a black cover..so she lets me use hers. I have had my skull cap for like 5 years now, so I am in dire need of a new one.

I think I will look into the Charles Owen's for Dressage and Stadium...I really do like how they look!
