Rodney Powell Vest Questions

I'm currently looking for a good eventing vest because until now I have always borrowed a friends Tipperary, but I felt very insecure in it. From what I can tell the Rodney Powell comes highly recommended and is very safe. However, I have a few questions and was wondering if anyone could help me answer some of them.

1. Where do you buy them online because from what I can tell you can't order them on his site...or can you?
2. Does the front of the vest come lower then most vests? Because in pictures it appears to come well below the last rib which I think is where most vests fall.
3. Likewise, in pictures it doesn't look like the back panel comes as low on the spine as others do, is this true or does it cover your lower back as much as most?
4. Lastly, would you recommend the Elite over the Pro or vice-versa?

Sorry for the long question, but I'm lost in all the technical safety stuff :p
