Sneak peek!

The other day I had a flat lesson on Hannah and had an epiphany and finally made everything just click into place (most of the time) and Mogie got some video that I'm going to splice together as a short sale video of Hannah's flatwork! While I don't have the video yet, I do have some stills from the video that I captured! Hannah looks so, so good and I'm so proud of myself! I finally just got it and figured it out! I love those kind of lessons! Now I just have to replicate it again and again and again!

Oh, a few other things! I finally asked about Hannah's breed, she's an Arabian x Connemara (totally explains how she can jump so freaking incredible as well as her somewhat sensitive/spooky nature sometimes). Also, I have on like 6 layers (thermal, sweater, another sweater, fleece, something else, jacket) because it's been so cold here in Aiken lately! Today we got like 3-4 inches of snow and icy drizzle all day, but tomorrow it's back to work as usual in riding the 9 horses we've been working!

Arab/Connemara? That is an awesome mix... If my sister hadn't just gotten an intermediate horse I think she may have been interested! She looks great! How big is she?

Would the mix still produce a horse with a missing vertibra?

No idea, actually. For some reason I would say no...but I really don't know for sure.

I find that intreaguing! Ask your Trainer for me, I'm very curious to know!

Anyways, back on track - great pictures and it looks like you are having a fantastic time! I can't wait to see you competing at an HT! Keep up the progress and I look forward to hearing more about your endeavors!
