It looks like you had a lot of fun! And from what I can see you look very good especially considering all the circumstances! I love the horse you're riding, btw, and I've definitely been in a similar situation lol. A few years ago I had signed up for a clinic with my horse and he came up lame two days before, so a friend of mine who wasn't riding her horse at the time let me ride him. He hadn't been jumpd in 2 years, was nervy (in the sense that he had very low confidence over fences), and the day of the clinic was the first day I rode him in the outdoor arena, but boy could he jump! The clinician I rode with was really impressed with him, and my trainer, who was in the center of the arena watching, even made the comment at one point, "Oh wow I didn't know he could jump that high..." The jumps were set at about 2'9", but he cleared one of them that he thought was scary at about 4'6" haha. Definitely a great learning experience!
