You eventers will appreciate this mare...

This is Maggie, a 12 y/o Connemara/TB mare. She's probably about 15.2 or 15.3. The woman I live with in Kentucky owns her and two other horses and instead of paying rent I help her around her small farm. Today she brought Maggie (her daughter's novice packer) and Bebe (her 6 y/o) over to Cathy's place so we could toodle around and jump some. I won't lie, Maggie isn't the flashiest mover, but holy hell you guys, look at her jump this!

I knew already that she was an incredibly talented jumper, but I never really felt it until I got a chance to jump her over something bigger than BN height, lol.

I have fox hunted on a Connemara X before. She was a sensitive and hot type and the best time I ever had hunting! Lots of fun! She was also a small mare, but she could jump!
