You and me both, H7750! Wonderful, wonderful mare. She was one of the few horses who was so good I would get teary-eyed watching her, like when watching anything exceptionally beautiful, like a perfect sunset or an unbelievable view like in the Lord of the Rings movies, or watching beams of light coming through storm clouds, or a landscape turned into a living fairy land by fog and sunlight...

FInally I get some people that appreciate her!! There are some people I know who think she was no talent at all....
My siblings to not like horses, but when I showed them the video of Blue Hors 'Matine, they said, "Wow..you can tell that horse is amazing and her rider loves her very much." That is how INCREDIBLE Blue Hors Matine is...she can change people's views about horses.

She's a favorite of mine as well. I think it was also in part Adreas Helgstrand, though, as I saw him riding another horse and was reminded of her before I saw the rider's name. The two of them together were amazing.

Yes, she was retired due to an injury in 2007 I think, and she was euthanized after a pasture accident in 2010. I may have the dates wrong, but I know she died after seriously fracturing a leg in turnout. It was really quite tragic. She was such a beautiful, talented horse.
