I know!! And not only won it! They won big time! Scoring a massive 38 out of 40 for ''manners and paces'', 49 out of 50 for "riding ability", and a total of 179 out of 200. One of the highest scores ever ridden! It was funny because her first garryowen her horse (another one) was being piggy, she said she is probably the only ever rider in the Garyyowen to pull out the cane! She gave him 3 good ones and he stoped, got himself together and continued. Lol she got a 5 for "manners & paces" and a 5 for "riding ability". How funny!

Lynda Hayes won the 2009 Garryowen on Request, beting Tulloch Ard ridden by Sara Love (2010 winner) and Gleneagle Giorgio(who is very pretty) ridden by Becky Allen.

I would share but all the horses I know are western show horses.

Always remember that feeling of looking at a big, open country over the ears of a good horse, seeing a new trail unwind ahead of you, and that ever-spectacular view from the top of the ridge!!! Follow my training blog: http://robertsontraining.blogspot.com/

Pintotess, again I think its a difference in where we come from, but over here that Grey would not be a hack, he is too heavy, he would be a hunter.

RIDE your horse FORWARDS and keep him STRAIGHT
