Man O' War. His story was really neat. Did you know he once won a race by nearly 100 lengths?

He was so fast that he was forced to carry as much as 30 lbs over what the other horses had to carry.

I love the story of Flicka, but the book. Not the Tim McGraw movie. I mean, that was good, but it wasn't the story of Flicka. I liked Fury of Broken Wheel and Cochise from Bonanza! Of course Trigger too!

And don't forget National Velvet!

Fictional Horses: Flicka, The Black Stallion, Mr. Ed, Francis the Talking Mule (lol still an equine!) Little Joe Cartwright's paint horse, Fury, Smokey, Sham from King of the Wind (not really a fictional horse but the story was - he was the Godolphin Arabian)

Real Horses - Exterminator "Old Bones", Man O War, Sea Biscuit, Secretariat, Trigger, Ruffian.
