    That doesnt sound humane. If he's a problem then why not tie him securely to a tree or post and stay away? If he is dragging it around, the collar is embedded from the weight, if he's really skinny, no food water, or anything just doesn't look right, I would deffinatley want to see about getting the goat help. First I would talk to the owners, then the AC if that doesnt work out.

    I called AC and they came out and said he didnt have it on when there were there. =( he said that my neighbor said he only has it on when the goat was supervised. Which is a big fat lie!!! He had it on the goat again the other day!!!! He makes me so mad.


    ETA: I took pics. Should I email them to AC???

    UPDATE!!!

    He currently has the goat in a cage in the back of his truck. The poor thing is bawling and had been in the cage since 8 this morning. It is now 3.22 pm

    If I was you I would walk over to him and hand him 20 bucks for the goat. Honestly he isnt being well taken car of if he was in a cage all day!

    YES.... Email them, if you bug em enough with proof they have to do something...
