    It looks like an absess. My husband and I used to work in a hog confinement and it is pretty common in pigs.

    FlyGap, it is really big, I just don't want to lance it myself, i'd like to have a vet come and check him out for me if I can find one. I'm glad it won't bother him if it does burst on its own. I hope it is an abscess and nothing serious. Thanks everyone!

    BoldViolet, he's doing great, demands his pig pellets in the morning!! LOL it still hasn't opened up yet, and I can't hold him myself to do it. He's grown tremendously in the last month. The abscess isn't bothering him in any way.
