Dmetri's Kidding Thread

Here is Dmetri, (yes, I know that is a weird name for a doe, but she was already named that when we got her), our oldest goat. She is a Mini/Oberhasli and is bred to a buck of the same breed. She usually has triplets or quadruplets, so she will probably have a full time job keeping track of them! She is due on the 26 of this month. She has had so many babies, she is very stretched out and has a huge belly! It is not quite as big as last year though. By the way, she is Esther's ( http://www.horseforum.com/horse-bree...thread-152949/ ) mother and Ruth's ( http://www.horseforum.com/horse-bree...thread-152946/ ) aunt.

My guess is that Dmetri is going to win the race! She is noticeably looser today!

She is more relaxed still today, but I think Ruth is pulling ahead in the race!

She is definitely way more relaxed today, big belly, full udder. I'm guessing within the next 48 hours!

They are here!!! There were triplets, 2 boys and a girl, but very sadly, one of the boys had something wrong with it and he didn't make it:( I will try to get my camera out there soon to take pictures.
