I don't see it the Cur either.

Usually Curs are red, yellow, fawn, buckskin, or brindle. They also have a black muzzle (Part of how they got their name.)

If you think your dog could have Cur in him, open his mouth and see. Black Mouth Curs also got their name because they have black pigemts around their lips that then continue into their mouth.

He looks like a min pin, sharpei mix.
Chances are mom or dad was a mix so maybe more than two breeds are involved. Definitely some sharpei, the lack of heavy coat on the underside and the wrinkly underchin area.

Curs can look like anything. That's why they're curs. They're muts and all originated as muts. Although certain strains have been bred like black mouth curs or mountain curs or stephens curs. I have curs in my kennels. Whoever said they never had a cur or plott come into their grooming facility, duh. These creatures are low maintanence and most people who hunt with their dogs don't usually waste a bunch of money on unneeded "care". :)

The pictures aren't fantastic to try to tell what he is and someone may have said this or something may have been decided (I haven't read any of the posts) but I would assume German Pinscher mix if his sister looks like a min pin. German Pin/Lab mix is my guess :)
