Tri-care wound treatment on a chicken?

My girls much beloved Polish Rooster picked a fight with one of their other 3 roosters and his head is now missing a few feathers and quite bloody. Thankfully the mop of feathers on his head covers it all up so nobody is picking on him but I'd like to treat him with something.

Would Tri-Care wound treatment be ok? I also have triple antibiotic cream and Corona on-hand, Swat too but there aren't any flies to be found and I'm pretty sure bright pink ointment would encourage other chickens to go peck his poor head. I've never doctored a chicken....

I've used a number of things just fine, even human neosporin.. specially if you want to keep the tissue moist to encourage healing (depending on the wound) but the trick is to find something very different colored than blood or that will cover the blood if you don't plan to seperate the injured bird.
It stings a little bit at first, but I find BluKote a good treatment and a great deterent for the other birds.
Turkeys are notorious for picking at red spots and wounds on others, but even they won't pick at purple or blue stuff.

I've got neosporin. His injury isn't visible amongst his mop of feathers now that I washed all the blood off. I'll put some Neosporin on him tonight, I don't think there is any way he is going to let him catch him until he's roosting for the night. He is beyond furious about his "bath" yesterday.
