17 stall barn, 26 acres

North central Arkansas, $90,000. Taxes are about $100 yearly. Fenced, partly cleared, stallion stall too.

There is also a small fruit orchard, and 2 decent mobile homes.
Really good hunting too. Place is somewhat isolated at the end of a dead-end road, but easily accessable.

Selling. I'm too old to keep up any more. Yes, taxes are pretty cheap here. When I bought the place 12 years ago, it was $47, but the barn wasn't built yet.

Sounds lovely - but a bit too much of a commute to the job (which is required if I'm to pay the mortgage!).

Can you post more pictures? In warmer seasons and such. Any pond or creek?

As the title says, 26 acres, fenced and cross fenced.

Iseul, there are jobs. What do you do?

No pond or creek, but 2 good pond sites. Can have one pretty quickly for about $500. Dug this winter, it would be full by spring.

I seem to be having a problem with posting pics, but anyone who wants to email me can get a whole load of them.
