Farm For Sale

Hi everyone,
My farm in NW GA is for sale, please see my website for more info: Welcome to Rivermont. It's a gorgeous place, but we're hoping to move to FL and downsize a bit. Thanks!

I am on your website. Where do I click to see the entire farm?

Edit: is this only for the boarding farm? It doesnt come with a house right?

For a million dollars it should come with a house. I believe the house conveys with the rest of the property, but I could be wrong.

It's a lovely place, but far, far out of my price range!

Hi everyone,
Yes it comes with the house. The house is only 3 years old and is custom built with all the bells and whistles! It is my dream home and farm, and I never planned on moving but a lot has changed in my life over the last couple of years so unfortunately it's for sale. :( I know it's a lot of money, but if it were in Atlanta the real estate agents said it would be $3 million on up for all it has to offer. It's a nice, quiet town too with really nice people. I'm moving to Florida to be closer to my mom and scale down to about 10 acres. I have owned this property though for 10 years, even though I just built the house a few years ago. We make good money hosting the monthly horse shows, boarding, training, lessons, etc. I hope whomever buys it will enjoy it as much as I have! :) You can sit at the kitchen table and look over the pasture, mountains and river right in your back yard. It's fabulous! :)
