Lightbulb Hobby farm for sale in Missouri

Here is a really nice hobby farm in Barnett, Mo. Mainly all wooded 20 acres, there is 4-5 acres fenced off and being used to raise deer. The house is 1300 sq feet, 3 bedroom, 2 bath and is setting on a full unfinished basement, that has a garage on one end of it. Really nice wooded neighborhood. Great deer and turkey hunting.

Farm also has a small horse pasture that could be made bigger if wanted,
