Potential Equine B&B

We have a beautiful place for sale here in Missouri, 80+ acres located half way between Lake of the Ozarks and Springfield. We have 3 private homes, each with it's own well and electric on 80 acres abutting 1000+ acres of national forestry. 60x125 barn with 4 stalls, dairy barn with 2 extra large stalls with full hookup RV site. Entire property is fenced, x-fenced and gated with power and water to each section. There is a 2 car garage, chicken coop and root cellar. Property is rolling hills and has views for miles. Property has approx 35 acres of woods with trails that lead directly to the Gasconade river. Great fishing, hunting or just relaxing. We have thought this would be the perfect property for someone who wants their parents or in-laws close by but not under the same roof:) Or just for a few couples who want to share the good life. It would also make a wonderful B&B or horse motel. We have rented one of the homes to turkey hunters for the past several Spring seasons. This place is move-in ready, all of the work is done. Even the furniture is negotiable. Low taxes and no zoning. Call anytime 417-664-4224
