West/Central Kentucky - Wanting to Move

We're looking to move to the Owensboro, KY area (within about a 30 minute drive) to a property that has at least 6 acres, more is better.
Ideally we want a minimum of a 3 bedroom 2 bath house, with a barn/stable and adequate fencing for horses already in place, and a shop/garage for my husband.

In order to do that, we'll also need to sell our current place - 6 acres that's about 1 hour from Louisville and 1 hour from Owensboro.
This property has a 3 bedroom 2 bath house, is partially fenced, has a run-in/barn for horses, and a very large garage/shop that will fit 4 cars with room to spare.

I would prefer to discuss options privately, as it would involve my real life and not just my internet life.
