5 Bedroom Home with two baths on approx 19acres- $119,000 (Location: West Tn)

Spacious home at the top of a hill with paved driveway located in the friendly West Tennessee town of Parsons.

Three bedrooms and two baths upstairs with 2 bedrooms in the finished basement. Also a good place to ride out the storms! There is also a nice relaxing sun porch.

Approximately 19 acres of land which is partially fenced for horses and/or goats.

Bring the kids and animals and make your move to self-sufficiency. There is room for goats for milk/meat, chickens for eggs/meat, and a nice garden spot to grow those veggies. House has a real wood fireplace and plenty of wood on your property to harvest for FREE heat!

Enjoy the view from the new deck watching the kids play located off the kitchen/dining area with sliding glass door access. Also, there are plenty of trees, flowers, birds, and squirrels to watch as well.

Invite your friends over to ride in your woods on your own trails with four-wheelers or horses and you will only be about 3 miles from shopping, post office, and banks.

Beautiful, except for those hideous green cabinets in the kitchen!

Love the fireplace, and that deck is gorgeous!

Lol, I was scrolling through the pictures and everything is really pretty...then I had to do a double take at the cabinets. Lol. I kinda like them though.

OMG! I am in love with those cabinets! I have a serious lime green addiction. You've given me a wonderful idea for my future house

Too bad you aren't a little further east! I'd seriously consider taking out a mortgage for that place if it wasn't a three hour drive from work. Good luck though! I hope you find a buyer soon

Would love to have it but need a lease to own. I'd move to TN in a heartbeat!!! I lived in southern Illinois before....TN is beautiful. Love the tile floors, deck and fireplace. Afraid I would have to paint the cabinets white
