Rocru, your boy looks like real sweetheart...love the dark almost stocking on the one front leg...

Never approach a bull from the front, a horse from the rear, or a fool from any direction.!!!

whim farm, your girl looks a lot thicker than my boy, and very pretty.I love a thicker horse. black and whites are sharp ! I noticed something on my guy, does any of your SSH have striped hoofs? I swear, just like an appy's.. gotta take a pic of them...

thanks brighteyes, I thought I had a SSH, appy x !! they also have the white around the eyes like appys..this is my first walk on the gaited side....I rode both boys yesterday.. my big ole fat paint seemed like such a tank after a week or soo riding Jelly Bean ( J.B.) two completly different rides... love your avitar,, do you have gaited mules? always wanted to ride a mule, and a cutting horse, and a draft... dang, I gotta get out and get busy !!!!

Unfortunately no. I'm a huge fan; an avid researcher of the mule's role in American history and its place in today's sport. I've ridden mules in many disciplines, but have never owned one of my own. One time, I visited a farm in nothern Georgia with a herd of gaited mules bred out of paso fino mares. Cute little things, and smooth as glass!

Back on topic...LOL...the horse in my avatar is my BO's horse, Scooter.

He is a registered TWH, SSH and Racking horse. 100% personality and smooth when hes in the groove. A real lover and a total sweetheart. Spooks like the devil though!
