Blue Papered?

My nine year old is a 'blue papered' Missouri Fox Trotter. The problem is, I have no idea how one breeds a blue papered Fox Trotter. Or what blue papered even means.

Can anyone help.

Green Broke
What is the difference between Brown Papered and Blue Papered?

Blue Papered- (fourth generation foals) these are either fillies or colts that have the past three generations fully and permanently registered in the MFTHBA.
Brown Papered- Any registered foal not considered Blue Papered will fall into this category.
