C.A. gaited video/Any good?

Ok, I know there is a place for the "Natural Horsemanship" stuff elsewhere, but since this pertains to Gaited horses I though this might be the right place...
Let me say this first though, lest I start a war....I'm not for or against Clinton Anderson either way... don't know enough about him yet to determine fully what I think of him.

Anyway, I was on his website looking at stuff (actually, trying to home make a horse item he sells for my own horse... Shhh) and saw his Gaited Horsemanship DVD was on clearance. Yeah, it was still too exspensive, but I was wondering/curious if anyone here has viewed it and what you though of the contents of it?
PS- Is it ok to post a link to it so people can view what I'm talking about?

I have never seen it or spoken to anyone that has, but I would be slightly hesitant to put to much stock in Clinton Anderson's version of training gaited horses except where it pertains to the basic training and horsemanship. Until he came to the US he apparently had never seen or heard of "gaited" horses. At least that is what I have been told.

My boyfriend (also a gaited horse owner) said he's seen the video and says it's not even worth the time to watch. From what he said, CA was basically trying to make gaited horses move and look like stock horse breeds.

If you want a horse to move like a stock horse, then get a stock horse instead of ruining a gaited horse.

If you want help with gaits, get someone who actually knows gaited horses.

I have only sat down and watched a little CA video. Cantering with confidence and another on lunging.
His lunging a new horse wasnt anything special. Similar to what I had learned from others. I did like Cantering with confidence. Best thing he had to say was to start with the cantering training aids. Now we use them all the time.
CA says he has never seen a nervous drunk.

In Alberta in the 30's and 40's, many of the good cow horses were gaited horses off the YP ranch in Montana. No one wanted a trot horse when you could have a smooth gaited horse. When you spend all day in the saddle, day after day, you want a cadillac version of the horseworld. When trailing cattle a horse needed to be able to move smoothly without alarming the cattle.
