It's ''gait'' :P
As I've said before; we only have 5 gaits:
walk
trot
tölt
canter/gallop (same gait in swedish)
pace
That's all there is in the world (accordin to swedish language). Everything ''gaited'' that's not a pace, is tölt. Pace is two beat, or there's piggy pace which is just uncomfortble. The rest is tölt.
Then everything that's not the ''standard'' tölt is a bad variation of tölt. Tölt can be slow (like a flat walk) or fast (rack). But it's still tölt. | |

Rack is tölt, and runing walk is a weird tölt. ;) It's the same gait. But your horses does it freakish ;)
Meh, I just don't know anymore. Either it is variations of the same gait, or it's just the same gait but not being performed right.

A fast tölt, a slow tölt, a trotty tölt, a pacey tölt or just a bad tölt xD
