    I rode my first walker!

And I am in love! I have ridden Iceys before, but they are nothing compared to this. So smooth, even when she was really flying!

I am going to look at one tomorrow that is a possible trade for one of my horses, and I am super excited.

I think I may have been bitten by the bug, and it's true, I love my QH mare, but I don't know if I will want to go back!

Aww, isn't is great? Congrats. Good to see another gaited person (or so it seems you will be!). Now you see what we are all trying to say! They are fabulous.

It is addicting! I rode a TWH for the first time this summer and knew before I even dismounted that I was never going back to a "normal" trotting horse again!

Just got my TWH mare the day before Thanksgiving! We're having a blast!

I really want to get one! I went to look at one yesterday but she wasn't going to work out. The search continues!

Have fun :) I ride Spotted Saddle horses and QHs now, but my avatar is me with my old TWH. Once you begin riding them it is highly addictive.

What horse did you check out? I've seen so many of the gaited horse ads in Michigan, I may have checked the same one out!

No, it was a woman that approached me about trading for one of my horses. The walker was in pretty sad shape, and kept rearing when we tried to load it. After a 45 minute struggle and getting really sick of the ignorance of the owner we gave up.

Have you had a chance to try Onyx? The black mare at Willow Tree? (I don't know if she is still there, but she was a few weeks ago when I tested her out.) She's a really nice horse and would be worth considering!

Yep, that's the one that I rode! She was so nice! I liked that she gaited and trotted too and both were very smooth. But I don't have $2000 for her. :(

I would bet there may be some wiggle room in the price... It can't hurt to make an offer? Worst that can happen is the seller says no. She's a good mare, and I would love to know that she found a good home. It was hard for me to pass her up, but I just clicked a lot more with Rosie/Mocha and knew she was the one for me.
