This is my late mare, Cassie. She was a TWH and was 10 years old. She was a great granddaughter to Midnight Sun on both her sire and dam side. She was unfortunately taken from me way too young about a month and a half ago due to my mom's mare broke the fence and they were all out in the road and a car hit my mare, Cassie. She had to be put down, due to her injuries being way too bad. Her whole pelvis was broken and her right hind leg was broke at every joint. It's the saddest thing I've ever had to deal with, but time will heal every emotional wound from this. I had her ever since she was a yearling and we were best friends.

This is a baby picture of the filly that I'm getting in a couple of days. She is also a purebred registered TWH. She is now 16 months old and I don't have any current pictures of her, but she is still built about the same. Her sire is by Hard Cash Jr., which is a son of Coin's Hard Cash. Her dam is a direct daughter of Bold Design, making her dam a half sister to Silver Design.

This is my paso fino. He's all raggedy with his winter hair.

My female QH/Mustang is a bit of a B*&^h and likes to bite him on that side.

Our Latest 2 - KMH Mare and Rocky Baby

Here is the photo of the two gaiteds we picked up this past weekend. They aren't related, the hubby fell in love with the mare when he saw her so we loaded her up too.

Hazes Misty Gold and Magic Mind Push

Haze was a rescue and she's been taking care of me ever since :) This is me and boy friend doing the weekend warrior thing on the trail. If you notice their laid back ears... the person taking the photo was on a wagon pulled by our pony Buddy and the walkers were getting rather annoyed at his slow pace ....poor babys know their job and were ready to head on down the trail.me and jeff.jpg

My wife and I at the 2011 National Cavalry Competition, Ft. Reno, OK. I'm riding my good mare, Andante, and my wife is riding a new mare, Amora.

We did quite well in Military Horsemanship (she went 2/18 in Novice and I went 3/16 in Intermediate). She didn't do Mounted Pistol or Saber this year. I was dead last in Mounted Pistol and had to scratch Mounted Saber.

Andante, here, is showing proper triple support while in gait (she is a Center March horse; this gait is similar to the classic running walk of a 1930s era Walker).
