I've had my eye on this boy for about a year and his owner finally wanted to sell him so I snatched him up! This is my second paso but this guy is amazing. INCREDIBLE ride - lots of energy to reign in, but in a fun way.
congrats on the new horse, I have always been fascinated with paso's ALWAYS wanted to ride one, not too many of them in my boring area of the USA:lol: plus I really like a grey/silver/white horse
He's a 14 year old gelding. He has a very lovable personality- a bit anxious but he really likes people and aims to please (unlike my mare who in all honestly barely tolerates humans and then only because she wants food). I did some ground work with him and when he's not distracted he did great but keeping his attention is key.
He came with the name Bobby which I hate so I'm trying to come up with something else. There is a Taino (Puerto Rico native) word 'Chali' which means 'jewel' which I kind of like and the intonation is similar to bobby so he seems to respond to it.
I like that he's got good bone in his legs. Some have such fine legs they seem good only for the show ring.
