Possible new horse

Tennessee Walking Horse For Sale, Virginia, Orange

This is Rookie. I went and looked at him this evening. The lady I ride with actually knows the people that have him. He's 10 yrs old, and has been through the state police bomb proofing clinic. He's very sweet and loving, and has a big personality! I was comfortable with this horse the minute I looked in his eyes.

He isn't meant to replace Rosie. It's just that when my mother-in-law wants to ride, I know I can trust Rosie not to hurt her. On the temperament scale Rosie's a one. Rookie really isn't a 5, he's more like a 2 or 3.

The lady I ride with rode him while I went and got my camera out of my truck. This is her on him. Sorry about the dust in the picture. Not all of mine took. But the better pictures are on the website above.

I know these pictures aren't good for comfirmation, but what do you guys think?

If you feel safe on him and he's as sweet as he looks he wins a thousand plus points in my book. He looks lovely.

He is very striking. I'd love to have a walker someday.

How was the weather? Windy or calm, was their rain on the way? If not I would go back on a day that is normally off for horses, like the one mentioned above. You can tell a lot of their personality during bad weather.

Otherwise he is an extremely nice looking horse.

I got a little break because of having the mutual friends and her knowing she would be seeing him on a pretty regular basis on the trails. I went and picked him up yesterday evening :0)
