Question Was that a rack? (YouTube video)

At about 35 seconds in, was that a rack?
I have such a hard time telling...
Sorry it's not better quality video, but it's all I have :(

I... Think so? It looks like one but I couldn't follow her feet very well. "An easy way to tell the difference between a RW and a rack is running walk has a larger overstride behind and a deeper head nod with a fairly lever top line. It has four evenly spaced beats. It has a glidey back and forth motion. A rack has the same footfalls with a more ventroflexed back, a higher head set, less head nod and less overstride." I found that on another site when I was trying to figure out what my gelding was doing with his feet. It looks very similar to him with the short quick strides and high head. A rack can be super fun to ride in my opinion :) Hope that helps!

It looks like a little one to me. This website might help you identify racks for future reference. Racking Gait

That makes a lot more sense to me the the videos I've watched on all of the different saddle gaits. I'll keep watching her and if I can snag a better video, I'll post it.

Thanks :)

I was thinking that it was too, just for a couple seconds before she turned away, but I *want* it to be there and I have a hard time telling.

Thanks for the link!
