Saddlebred With What?

Taloua is a 4 year old slaughter rescue mare. Saddlebred is obviously part of her breed, but I'm looking for opinions on what may be in her apart from ASB, or if she's just a poor quality purebred.
Looking for educated guesses, not guessing "pinto" because of her coloring, mostly all breeds of horses come in tovero. Excuse her knotty mane, it's all brushed and braided up now :)

It took a good $6,000 to get her from PA to BC. Transport, vet, board (while waiting to pay off transport), fee to buy her FROM the meat broker, export certificates.
She was WELL worth the money!
