Rascal gets very expressive. Especially with his "I'm bored and sleepy" look LOL

Oh my gosh, I am cracking up! I was the one who mentioned TWH didn't have as expressive faces...apparently my sample of one horse isn't valid!

My TWH mare did...not...show...emotion for over a year. She could be scratched in her favorite places and did not show pleasure, she was in pain once from chemical burns from a fly spray that she was allergic to, and did not show pain. She is stoic. So, now she is better, at least I can tell when she's thinking she should get a treat for a good job, but her face is NOTHING like your guys!

These are great pics - anybody else have some?

First picture was taken just the other day.
Rascal knew DH had treats rofl and he was waiting patiently and "pushing" the personal space, hence the drawn in head.

Second one (date is wrong) we had only had him about a month. He had a nice workout and groomed and was chilling.

Third one is a few minutes later LOL and he had been napping.

He is very expressive. I can take a look in his face and tell pretty quick how he is feeling. He would show pain with layed back ears and squinty eyes. It is so nice not to see that look now :)

Yes it appears so with the worried eye. But in his defense. It's just that side. It has alot of white. The other eye I never see white. He's just weird like that. But I tell ya he is defenatly a horse you can see what he is thinking by his face
