TWH showing @ local level

Sorry, I have a bunch of questions today.

I have a 12 year old rider that plans to show my TWH in a local show. It's actually an Arab breed show that has a bunch of open classes. This TWH will actually trot AND gait. She plans to do walk/trot english and then walk/gait Western.

This horse is NOT show trained, does NOT do the big walking horse thing and is not going to be trained to do that. It's a local show. Do you think it will matter? Should I try to pass her off as a mixed breed or put TWH in the breed portion of the show registration?

Also, The bit question, Same bit english and western for a walking horse? 2 handed or one for western?
