Up date on G-Man!

I just wanted to give everyone an up to date!!! I took G-Man and another horse to the Paducah Field Trial this weekend. My game plan was to have a friend of my husband, Ronnie that is also a trainer, to ride G-Man while I ride my other horse which is a super field trial horse. Ronnie that was riding my horse fell in love with him. He kept trying to talk me in to selling him (not a chance). He loved his smooth ride and his eagerness to please. I believed this horse loved the field trial as much as we did. He caught on quick that he had to stay behind the judges’ horses (I was worried that he would want to be in front of them). He seem to be actually understand that we were following the dogs and Ronnie said that he started watching the dogs and was following them like a quarter horse watches a cow. I have always known that this horse was a big show off but he seems to know when everyone is watching him and really struts his stuff. I have been working on getting him soft and to bring his nose in some. He was doing a lot better with his headset but Ronnie by the end of the weekend had his head set perfect. Ronnie said he had never ridden a horse that which he had received so many comments on how nice he is and wouldn’t to know if he was for sale. If I didn't already own him, I would have been trying to buy him myself as I was watching Ronnie ride him across the field. I am still excited from such a wonderful weekend. By the way, my husband did a great job judging the field trial.

As you can tell, I am very proud of my new horse. The field trial ride was a success and even my husband had to brag on my new little man. I am in heaven!!!!!!!
