Talking What saddle do you ride in?

    Hi Gaited horse owners!
Just wondering how many of you ride in an AUSSIE saddle??
    More specific, A Downunder saddle.

    Any fans?

Would love if you posted pics :)

I've had a DownUnder Saddle for about 4 years now...

Love it for trails...I bought it as I was (am) a beginner rider. It is very secure and very comfortable

They do tend to move your legs forward a bit though.

For me the Aussie saddle is a "blister rig." Literally. They put me into an uncomfortable position and I don't like them at all.

But, while I might swear at them many others swear by them.

    Try before you buy.

CAGLOVER: wow, what a horse! You don't look so bad on him either lol

Guilherme: My friend brought her down under aussie saddle over for me to try and I just LOVED it! So did my foxtrotter... so I ordered one :) Except 1 seat size smaller.

    Anyone else?

    my horse with an aussie

Here is my friend riding my horse in her Aussie saddle.... He seemed to gait in it WAY better then the western one I was using.

Why doesn't state line tack have over night delivery!? Lol

I also have a Aussie (pics on another computer) and LOVE it!

Kimberly my only beef with it is that is really heavy so my next one I actually buy (did trade out work for this one) will be lighter and no horn.
