Sore arms - I used to HATE getting sore legs after riding, I couldn't move for days!

A frog, id rather not do that with another dude.
WYR ride with me in a car (me going fast and doing burnouts on back roads) or ride with my friend Steve- O whos gone 105 MPH on the highway with a BMW.
