WYR own and board a horse and have it be the sweetest nicest horse ever but only get to take care of it (not ride) OR own and board a horse that you can only ride and it likes to buck and rear occasionally?

A nice horse to care for that wouldn't mind me putting ribbons and such in her mane and make her look pretty :)
