    Ah... I've seen it on a friesan stallion with a white bridle sans noseband.

    That's all I know, lol.

    So when I first saw the thread I was like "Yesss! Im awesome at bits!". I knew the first bit (Pony Club of course)... but then I turn the page and theres Spyders bit.
    Darn. I have no clue.

    I tried googling baroque bit, friesan bit... Is it an in hand bit?

    Is it a Horseshoe Stallion Bit? They are primarily used for lead or showing in hand... I guess you could use them for riding.. but your horse would have to be really softed mouthed... and doesn't need a curb chain...

    Very very close Wild Spot but I think Countrygal was the closest to its use and description.

    But no you probably would not ride in it and it could be used during breeding but its main use is showing stallions and is called a Horseshoe Stallion bit.
