I would guess an American Bashkir Curly but don't know if they are gaited or rare.

Nope none of those! And QH's aren't gaited and originate from the US not Columbia

I was going through my breed app on my touchy pod last night at my 4H meeting and saw a similar image, that looks almost like that *points to image* one. :3
